Custom 1:1 Training With Emily
This is the only coaching option that gives you full access to message Emily. This is a 3 or 6 month commitment (your choice).
Emily only takes on 5 new clients a month so availability for coaching is super limited.
The basic package includes:
Messenger support with availability. A response generally within 48 hours.
A fully customizable plan based on your goals with built in weekly progressions
Exercises stay the same week to week for 6 weeks at a time
Nutrition and exercise tracking in app
2 video form checks a week for exercises
Regular changes if something is not working for you
Custom calories and macros that will potentially be adjusted as progress is made
Bi-weekly automated check in's are scheduled every Wednesday and Sunday via message to gauge progress
Sunday is pictures/weigh ins/measurement upload day

24/7 messenger support (except when Emily is sleeping because she ain't waking up for nobody). Generally you'll get a response back within a few hours.

Emily's High Protein Recipe Guide as an added bonus for other meal/snack inspiration
Client nutrition resource guides on how to meal prep, how to grocery shop on a budget & how to eat out while sticking to your goal
The premium package includes all of the basic & standard package items plus:
Access to message Emily via Instagram or by email once the three month period is over to send routine checks only
Phone calls and/or video calls are not scheduled. If you want or need them, please message Emily and you can arrange them
Client results GUARANTEED! Emily will guarantee you hit your short term goal (which is agreed on by both parties) OR she will keep working with you until you hit that goal free of charge. With this option, you must be cleared by a doctor of any hormonal/ thyroid issues, or similar issues which would cause weight loss/gain resistance. You MUST also be responsive to all check ins, follow nutrition guidance as given (track for proof), and complete all scheduled workouts weekly for the guarantee to be upheld.
Client success is completely in the hands of the client. The more you use Emily as a resource and communicate with her, the better results you will get. As the client, it is your job to answer her check in's and message her regularly for assistance. She can only do so much if you are unresponsive or not doing the program as intended.
