Emily Robinson, online personal trainer and nutrition coach for women

How it works

Fat loss and muscle gain, coached 1:1

A plan for your gym

Training built around the equipment and days a client actually has, not an ideal week that never happens.

Your own nutrition targets

Individual calories and protein, with flexible eating so restaurants and travel are part of the plan.

Weekly check-ins

Progress gets reviewed every week and adjusted, so a stall gets fixed in days rather than months.

Monthly video reviews

A recorded walkthrough each month covering what is working, what changes and why.

Unlimited form checks

Send a video, get feedback from Emily directly. No assistant coaches.

Direct access to Emily

Messages usually get a reply within a few hours, because only 5 new clients start each month.

Results from real clients

I had huge doubt in myself but Emily guided me through losing 44 lbs while on a GLP-1. She taught me about nutrition, water intake, discipline, and what lifting can do on a weight loss journey. After six months, I am confident in my body again.

Why work with Emily

Why work with Emily

Every coach gives you workouts, nutrition targets, check-ins, and accountability. Those are the baseline, not the reason you get results. The real difference is who is on the other end of the messages, and the experience behind it: hundreds of women coached. Emily does not coach like a bodybuilder, she coaches like a regular woman with a job, a social life, and a normal schedule: flexible eating, dinners out, a few strong sessions a week, and no endless cardio.

You hire the person, not the PDF

Workouts, macros, check-ins, accountability: every coach offers those. What you cannot copy and paste is Emily herself, honest and funny and actually invested in your week.

Hundreds of women coached

You are also hiring the experience. Emily has coached hundreds of women through fat loss, muscle gain, plateaus, and real life, so she has already seen whatever your body is doing.

A regular woman, not a bodybuilder

Some coaches live for training. Emily does not. She does it because it is part of the game, not because she is motivated, and she coaches clients on how to get it done on the days they do not want to.

Food you actually like

No chicken and rice at every meal, no cheat days, no starting over Monday. Emily loves to eat and builds nutrition around real food, dinners out, birthdays, and vacations.

4 to 5 hours a week, not 3 hours a day

Efficient strength sessions built for women with jobs, kids, and commutes.

No overdoing the cardio

Cardio is a tool, not a punishment. Just enough to support your goals without running off the muscle you are working to build.

Strength over shrinking

The goal is a stronger, athletic body you want to live in, not the smallest version restriction can produce.

Talks like a friend, coaches like a pro

No shame, no lectures, no copy paste check-ins. Emily answers her own messages and remembers your life.

Built for the long game

You learn how your body responds and how to adjust, so results hold after coaching ends.

5 clients a month, on purpose

New 1:1 spots stay capped so coaching stays personal. Never a number waiting on an assistant coach.

Who it is for

Coaching for women in real circumstances

Beginners who have never touched a barbell, former athletes who miss feeling capable, and busy women who are tired of restarting every January.

Emily also has experience coaching women navigating PCOS, GLP-1 medications, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, chronic illness and injury recovery, adapting each plan within their healthcare team's recommendations when appropriate.

Common questions

Online personal training for women, answered

What does an online personal trainer for women actually do?
Emily builds a training plan around the equipment and schedule a client actually has, sets individual calorie and protein targets, reviews form videos, and checks in every week to adjust based on real results rather than a fixed template.
Can a woman lose fat and build muscle at the same time?
For most women who are new to lifting or returning after a break, yes. Progressive strength training paired with enough protein and a modest calorie deficit changes body composition, which is why the scale often moves slower than clothing fit.
How many days a week does a woman need to train?
Three to four focused strength sessions a week, roughly 4 to 5 hours total, is enough for most clients. Emily does not program 3-hour gym days or endless cardio.
Does a client have to give up foods she likes?
No. Coaching is built on flexible eating, which includes restaurant meals, birthdays and vacations. Nothing gets banned, because plans that ban things get abandoned.
Is online coaching a good fit for beginners?
Yes. Most clients start with little or no lifting experience. Emily teaches the movements, sends form feedback, and gradually builds confidence in the gym.
What does online coaching cost and how does it start?
Coaching runs in 3, 6 or 12-month terms and can start with $0 down for the first month. Emily accepts only 5 new 1:1 clients a month, and every client begins with a free consultation call.

Based on the Gulf Coast? Emily also offers in-home personal training in Sarasota, FL.
